“We loved staying here between our visit to Oxford and Bath. The house was very comfortable and gave us the feel for the Cotswolds even though we only stayed one night. The breakfast was delicious and the hostess was hospitable. The price of our May stay was extremely affordable and we feel we got our money’s worth by far. We just loved this place!!”

“No chair in room. Light switches impossible to reach from bed. Light bulbs too dim to read by. Carpets torn and not vacuumed. No phone in room. No tissues in room”

“Very dog friendly stay, dog allowed everywhere. Excellent crockery pitch across the small bridge for dog exercise and poo bin by entrance to hotel. Breakfast was great, though no cereal which was odd. Rooms well equipped, kettle and nespresso coffee maker, plus both still and sparkling water with fresh milk in the pantry (where there are also top ups of tea, coffee and water plus ice). Second time here and we'll be back again”

“Charming place, clean spacious rooms done up with great taste. Bathroom a little small, but all very clean and practical. Amazing breakfast cooked to order and served by friendly people. The place is well run and it is very comfortable. The village itself has little to offer, but it is a great spot from which to explor the Costwolds. We had a double room (2 adults 2 kids) which was really nice.”

“No reception which was a bit strange although understand that is the future. The emergency porter available to answer any questions and easy to come and go. Comfortable beds!”

“Amazing hotel & apartment in Cotswold area. We stayed at an apartment and it was really convenient and comfortable. Suits for both short term stay and long term stays as there're dish washer, washing machine, even liquid soap! But sofa bed was too soft and not firm enough to sleep. Breakfast was good also.”

“The place itself was immaculate. However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. We waited for over an hour and half for dinner and there was no advice on things to do on activities.”

“Me and my partner stayed at the Bathurst Arms for his birthday weekend away and had such a lovely time. The location was fantastic, everywhere we wanted to visit in the Cotswolds was within around 30 minutes, which made it the perfect base for exploring. The food was really nice, the room was clean and quiet, and we especially loved the comfy bed, nice bathroom and great shower. The hosts were also lovely and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again and...
