“The room was clean and we got a clean towel. There was no ice, no plastic cups, glasses of any kind. No shower curtain by design but you walk in the shower at the front so the water goes all over the floor which I cleaned. I could go on. They should at least have some basic things before opening for business and the room was not a bargain! It was expensive. ”

When we packed up and left we went to the front desk to explain and show videos. They acknowledged they have been experiencing big problems and agreed to refund our stay ( less than 2 hours). “Room was not clean. No cold water in the shower so I couldn't take one after a long day of driving. People hanging outside till late at night so I did not feel safe, even with my dog. Beds were awful, stains on sheets and pillow cases. Awful night. The ad on Expedia is very misleading. Never again!”
