"Iv stated at this property over 10 times over the past 3 years. I ran into several issues with cleanliness, working amenities, and over all experience. The main pool on the first level is out of service, the heating/ac unit in the room squealed extremely loud, and "

"The menu for breakfast was good, but could of had eggs or some sort of protein. The beds and shower was really nice in the room. The room was very clean as well! The hot tub was very nice as well and very warm."

"Good location and the room size was great. Decent breakfast was available and the staff for breakfast was pleasant and helpful. The room wasn’t well cleaned between guests as we found items in the room left by prior guests and they didn’t restock regular coffee or hand soap before we got there. Rooms weren’t well insulated from sound and we heard people in the room above us shouting and loud thuds from their room all night."

"The outside is beautiful! Well cared for. The room felt a bit dated because of the carpet but the size of the room was nice, beds super comfy. Also, helpful and honest staff. Smooth check-in and called us as soon as the housekeeper found the phone and wallet we left behind by mistake! Will be coming back in the summer."

"Wonderful stay! Matt at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The room worked perfectly for me traveling with 3 kids. Gorgeous views, nice amenities, very convenient to be attached to the waterpark. Room was spotless, bed and pillows were comfortable. I can't think of anything that could have been better."

"I only stayed at this hotel for 1 night & I don’t think I will be going back… The person who checked me in was kind of cold & dismissive. Then I got into my room and it was a nice enough room but it was not very clean. There were hairs on the pillow cases & in the bathroom. Also there were condensation circles on the desk & night stands. I was unsure of what caused those circles so I washed the countertops. I do not feel that the room was checked over! The shelf with the pictures above the desk appeared like it had never been dusted… Within 10 minutes of getting into my room the fire alarm went off! It went off for about 10 seconds or so, then stopped. I called the front desk and was told that everything is ok but I feel like the front desk person should have notified the guests that they were having a test or an issue or something!! I do not feel like I should have had to call the front desk about it - I doubt they had many guests on a Sunday night…! I left to get something to eat & when I got back it happened again. I called the front desk again & was informed it was something they called the maintenance supervisor about. The following morning when I was checking out the front desk representative was so lovely! She was kind and smiley and helpful!"
