"The room numbers, level numbers, and building numbers are completely wrong. They told us our room was in Building 10 B and that is was on the 2nd floor. The room numbers are not fully in numerical order. Our room should’ve been in the middle and it was all the way at the end in the 50s, but we had a 30s number.l, it was also in 10 D. Also the 2nd floor isn’t really a 2nd floor, it’s 1st floor when you first walk in the building. I looked for 30 minutes before calling "

"The heat didn't work the 1st day-- wasnt plugged in. The second day it never got above 68, the side room was very cold. It was uncomfortabe. The 2nd night, they offered to move us but my kid was asleep ay thr time i asked for more blankets. "

"We stayed at Delta Grand Resort room (Vegas Baby) and overall the condo itself had potential, but the cleanliness was disappointing. When we arrived there were cobwebs in the right-hand corner of the entryway and the floors did not look like they had been swept or mopped. We also noticed cobwebs behind the bed and a visible handprint on the window between the bathroom and jacuzzi area. The bedroom also had a stale smell and the unit just didn’t feel fresh or properly cleaned. I honestly feel like the owners are getting taken advantage of by whoever is responsible for cleaning, because the room was clearly not ready for guests. The location is great, but the cleaning needs major improvement. "
