"There was a weird smell in the room, nothing too strong or unpleasant, just strange. We were disappointed that after housekeeping cleaned our room they didn't leave any coffee for the next morning, just left the decaf that we didn't drink. "

"This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever seen. The floor was extremely sticky, it literally made noise every time you took a step. There were streaks and grime on the furniture, mirrors, and even the walls, which made the whole room feel neglected and unsanitary. The bathroom was just as bad as the rest of the room. It clearly had not been cleaned, and there was dirty water left sitting in the bathtub. We were extremely tired as this was just a stop halfway through our trip, so we only stayed about 6 hours. Even then, we fell asleep feeling uncomfortable and honestly a bit anxious, hoping there wouldn’t be any insects or bed bugs. This stay was very disappointing and far below acceptable cleanliness standards."
