"The staff was super friendly. The rooms was nice and clean. The only thing that was not the greatest was the breakfast. Like yes it’s free but it was not the best but there are great options around to eat at. Other then that the property and the amenities was amazing. My kids love the slide that was in the pool. Definitely will stay again!"

"We brought our 2 3-year-olds and 10 year old for a little getaway and this hotel was perfect. There was always something to do, it was close to town, and the kids had a blast. My only real complaint is that there was only one elevator and getting to and from the room was a little inconvenient, but we will definitely be back!"

"We have stayed at this property before and the staff is very helpful other than calling down to the front desk at 8:30 am and asking for a late checkout cause we had a late night and the front desk approving our 12 noon request (check out is 11am ) to the house keeper opening pur door tben the front desk calling and telling me Kate check out’s are $50 )I was not happy about that ) I did ask to speak to the manager and the apologized and told us to take our time checking out. I find this location has a lot of misunderstandings and communication problems. The last time we stayed here before this time they closed early the indoor water park in the lodge and didn’t have all the indoor waterslides open because staff wasn’t available they said but come to find out it was really because there wasn’t a lot of in-house guests. I don’t think that’s fair for guests because we pay the same price on a non-busy day as a busy days and should have all the amenities available to us.as we are paying a lot to stay and want to use like I said yhe amenities."
