โGreat location we visited Salem . The Spanish gentleman in the night shift was amazing ! He was my buddy thank you for going over and beyond to help with something small like my cranberry juice and directions for us . 20 ish minutes away in car to Salem . Pool is great and the breakfast is okay fast breakfast . My only thing is that the bed was so hard ! I had pain in my hips since Iโm a side sleeper . But the service was amazing housekeeping came everyday . And the rooms are clean . โ
โPerfect place to stay thatโs just a few minutes from Salem and the coast. My husband and I loved their private beach! My only complaint is that the sheets were itchy like they used too much starch. Aside from the sheets I would absolutely recommend this place for others to stay!โ

Clean, comfortable, a little dated in its room style, but usually without any issues. When I have had issues, they have always been settled to my satisfaction.โ

The location is unbeatable โ just a short walk from many major attractions, and only about 10 minutes from Back Bay Station. We walked everywhere during our stay! The hotel has a cafรฉ and a Mexican restaurant on the first floor, as well as a bar in the basement. Convenience stores and Whole Foods Market are nearby, which made it easy for us to grab fruits and snacks.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless and efficient โ we appreciated being able to reach them easily via text, and any requests we had were addressed promptly and thoughtfully.
Our room had a shared bathroom, but we were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Towels were provided generously, and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless. The bedding was also clean and very comfortable. Thereโs even a microwave available in the basement, which was a nice bonus.
Thanks to this hotel, our Boston trip was elevated to a whole new level. It was truly the perfect place for our family, and if we ever return to Boston, we wouldnโt hesitate to stay here again. We are deeply grateful for the warmth and dedication of the staff โ thank you for making our stay so memorable."
