“The bed was firm. Room was nicely decorated and very clean. Towels are way too thin. We were in the room next to the door to the stairwell and it has a very loud closure, as well as hearing everyone talking going in and out. The TV was tricky to figure out.
Overall, great value for the room!”

“It took almost 15-20 minutes to check in. The front desk attendant couldn’t get a hold of the operating night manager. Apparently something was off with the booking systems. He apologized thrice…. We let it go…
Then the fire alarm went off around 4-5am (cannot recall the actual time as we were asleep, then packed and ran).
The alarm went offffffff for MORE than an hour!!!! Had to flee to our vehicle.
It was awful. We all had to leave our rooms and head outside- in our sleep clothes and all....
