The staff were amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Busy motel with regular shift working guest so there was some noise associated with others coming and going. Cleaning staff started early so we could hear the trolley are it moved around before 7am.

Are you kidding?? We had to cancel our booking 15 mins out of Biloela due to 5ins of rain in Biloela the previous night that flooded the road. How can I possibly rate this property never having even reached there? AND there is a no refund policy when cancelling after the cancellation date. The cancellation was because of mother nature not through any fault of mine.

Half & Half

The cabin did not look like the pictures, so that was quite disappointing. The cabin was also very small and did not have a separate living area as described. We paid $180 for something smaller than a motel room and very outdated. It was a very small family cabin for 3 adults and a pre-teen. We arrived later than expected and had an event to prepare for that afternoon, so didnt have time to request a larger space, and it was only for 1 night. Positives - Reverse cycle aircon was great during the night to keep us extra warm and the beds and pillows were comfortable to sleep on. Warm blankets were great also. Staff were friendly and it was clean.

Out of the 4 motels I stayed in on my way home to Hervey Bay, this was the best and cheapest motel. The bed was very comfortable, and it was great to have a microwave, iron and hair dryer, which the other motels didn't. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this motel to anyone.

Excellent location just 500m from the shopping centre. Some older fittings & appliances but all functional, aircon & bar fridge look brand-new which is welcome. Staff friendly and welcoming, would stay again if passing through or considering a longer stay.

Traveling and working in outback Australia

Loverly lady at reception. Property run down and poor value . As are most in the area . I just feel we need to lift our game in accommodations in rural Australia all in general are pretty poor and represent terrible value . Stayed the previous night at a fantastic motel in Miles so know it can be done . Stop taking predominantly working men and women for granted.

Lovely country town hospitality

Great location outskirts of town, very peaceful and quiet. Refurbished room and good value for money. Manager (lady) was lovely at check in even though after hours and having a restaurant there meant could relax rather than go out after long drive. Definitely would stay again
