Overall great service. Definetly staying with them again.

The check-in was fast me and my friends enjoy the whole stay the breakfast buffet was great since we were really early. Although the pools chlorine was too strong :( Overall great stay great facilities great staff 5 starts :)

Nice hotel. Location is is great. Right in the heart of Alabang town center. Spacious room.. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Pool is a bit small but aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in 4 different hotels in Alabang on this trip, and I must say that our three nights Crimson hotel experience is the best. Wow, this is my first time to see a hotel lobby that is located on a higher floor. Customer services in all departments are superb, from front desk agents to house keeping staff, pool deck food servers, all the way to security officers in the 3rd floor parking entrance and ground floor entrance. It’s all good

The hotel was very nice, very clean, pleasant staff. My only complaint was dinner in the Tree Top Room. I invited friends there for dinner and was the worst dining experience of my life. The food was terrible as was the service. It was a shame as the overall hotel experience was very nice.

Aside from the perfect location near restaurants and shops, all the staff were very pleasant and eager to help also prompt service every time I requested something sent to my room. already recommended BGC SEDA to everyone I know and every time I visit Manila I’ll only stay at this hotel

Convenient location. Close to airport, shopping, dining and casino.

This hotel is new. The room is small, but not tiny. Bed was comfy and good selection of cable channels (but no fox news). Front desk was nice and helpful. Definitely a great value for 6 bits. Will stay there again. Also, close to casinos!

Josh, front desk and security staff were superb. Location is good, new hotel only thing to be aware of is traffic is busy and booking grab during peak hours was difficult.
