The rooms were spacious, quiet - the housekeeping did a fantastic job Iustina and George at the restaurant/bar very helpful centrally located super close to the train station. It’s a shame the restaurant closes the kitchen at 9 but other than that all was great !

I had a lovely stay here. The location is great, being right by the station but within easy walking distance of the city. The hotel itself was immaculate and spacious, and my room (standard with king bed) was just the same. Breakfast was generous and tasty, with the same great service as elsewhere in the hotel. One of my favourite touches was the mini bottle of fresh milk for in-room tea/coffee. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Coventry.

We stayed here as we were attending the British Grand Prix and was catching the shuttle bus to the track from Coventry Station. This hotel was perfect as it was a 2 minute walk. Check in was simple and the receptionist was smiley, friendly and informative. Room was clean, complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks in the fridge. We will definetly choose this hotel for next years GP.

We stay here quite regularly, as it is conveniently located for us. Rooms are always clean and staff courteous. Parking is in a nearby car park, but discounted for hotel guests. Can drop-off and pick-up directly outside the hotel, so no problem. Will stay again.

The staff was brilliant. They were very friendly and tried to be helpful. However, the hotel was a let down for an IHG hotel. Two rooms had problems with the lock on the bathroom. For one of our rooms, our key cards weren’t working for the lift so we had to ask the staff every time we needed the lift. I paid the same rate for two rooms but one room had a Nespresso machine and the other did not.

Really fantastic hotel and very reasonably priced. Staff are all excellent. Great location for the station. Rooms are beautifully designed with a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. It’s without a doubt the quietest nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. Heaven. Breakfast is also exceptional. Bar and restaurant are lovely, great vibe and a good selection of food. Would definitely stay again
