"This hotel was absolutely ideal. They were so courtesy and was always trying to make our accommodation better. The food (Mediterranean) was delicious, the distance from the beach is like 2 mins. They are located in a walkable area so that you get to experience night life and local food. The staff is so friendly. The rooms are spacious and family oriented. This is a must try for anyone looking for a great place to stay in St. Lucia. By the way the views are amazing."

"The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Complementary filtered water, coffee and tea were plentiful. Ms Tessa who was assigned to our room did a great job and responded quickly to our requests. (Ms Tessa - thank you for not removing our personal pillow slips - as was done at other resorts). The beach was always clean and we had a wonderful time there taking numerous family pictures. The guard saw we were having a good time and even left the gate open for us for a few extra minutes. All the staff we encountered -in the dining room, at the front desk and all around the grounds were always courteous, always greeted us and inquired as to how our day was going and if we needed any extra assistance. We even had one of the waitresses in the dining room ask us to critique and give her tips on on customer service skills. A few suggestions for improvement: 1. Front desk registration - most of the information could be collected upfront - I had many emails before my arrival and that registration data could have been collected there. 2. Rooms - (a)my room had no bath towel racks or hooks, (b) for 2 adults we were only given one wash cloth - even when the rooms were refreshed it was still only one wash cloth (c) there was no shower curtain or door so every shower resulted in a wet floor. 3. The cocktails that I sampled were really "light" on the alcohol. This did not deflect from us having a WONDERFUL vacation and we would not hesitate to return."

"The staff were friendly and very attentive. If you need anything for your room just pick up the phone and ask and it will be delivered promptly. The pool bars close at 6pm and the water is warm. Food truck is a great alternative for lunch and they have daily specials but the jerk chicken was my favorite. Booking with Expedia gives you extra benefits like breakfast at Grazie. I highly recommend getting a swim out room as that was the highlight of our stay. And lastly, keep the fan on in your room so the mosquitos leave you alone!"

"The hotel staff were very nice. Anytime we needed anything they were very helpful even called our room so we could enjoy the show they have on Saturday evenings. Only disappointment was the pool with the swim up bar being renovated. Other than that I highly recommend staying here."

Nothing wrong with the room but was located next to the entertainment area, we asked them to move us to a quiet area of the resort and they were very happy to help us. "Jade Mountain is unlike any resort we have ever experienced. The rooms are incredibly imaginative and almost cinematic—open to the sky and the Pitons, with no fourth wall, creating a feeling of being completely immersed in nature. Every detail feels artistic, intentional, and beautifully connected to the surroundings. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, genuinely helpful, and always ready to make the experience special. The yoga classes with Ceren were another highlight, with wonderful instructors who created an inspiring and peaceful atmosphere. The food was outstanding. The Michelin-starred dining experience was sophisticated, creative, and beautifully presented, making every meal feel like an event in itself. And then there is the water. The beach below Jade Mountain is breathtaking, with incredibly crystal-clear turquoise water and distinctive volcanic sand. Swimming there, surrounded by the Pitons and lush tropical landscape, was an experience we will never forget. Jade Mountain truly feels like an architectural work of art placed in the middle of paradise. The combination of extraordinary design, nature, exceptional service, yoga, remarkable food, and that spectacular Caribbean sea creates an experience that is both luxurious and deeply memorable."
