“I usually don't do reviews but the unfriendly guy at the front made me do so. It was my worst experience out of all Holiday Inn Expresses. The room was not clean having hairs on towels when we entered the room. I asked for housekeeping both at the unfriendly counter and by a voice message at the housekeeping number but wasn't done the next day. “Lovely, kind check-in. Super spacious very clean room and so quiet. I appreciated the concierge lounge with beverages and snacks available right down the hall as well as the breakfast, especially the coffee. If I were being picky I'd say the eggs could have been better.. I slept like a stone in the very comfortable bed and wished I could stay for a week. Love this Marriott and it's friendly staff 😊”
