“If your looking for an overrated hotel then this is your place!!! Dated old dirty pillows, hair in the bed,chips in the mirror bed so uncomfortable you might aswell sleep on the floor dirty towels, don't get me started on the parking fee aswell, 9 pound! Reception staff on arrival grumpy as hell! Reception staff when leaving very nice and helpful shame they wasn't working when we arrived! Overall wished we had just booked a Premier inn that worked out cheaper with decent beds aircon and all that...

“How is this a 3-star hotel - it’s absolutely lovely. The rooms are excellent: the room was clean, spacious, very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and surrounded by fields. Wonderful buffet breakfast There for a wedding - a series of room key blunders and double bookings made it hilarious but the staff were friendly and acted quick to adjust. Faulty Towers anyone ?”

“My stay was very disappointing. The elevator was completely out of service, forcing me to haul my heavy luggage up to Room 17 on my own. To make matters worse, upon entering the room, the toilet had clearly not been properly cleaned or flushed prior to arrival. Basic standards of hygiene and facility maintenance were missing.”
