"The hotel was new and well appointed. The view was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. However, the staff were particularly unfriendly bordering on rude. The breakfast was limited. The stairs were constantly wet. The area was under development and this was not mentioned in the hotel description. The area was not accessible to shops/restaurant on foot. Particularly hard for older people. "

The beds were soft foam mattresses that gave no support. The staff had no suggestions for activities in the town. The internet did not function in the rooms most of the time and was weak at best. The chairs in the balcony part of dining area are too low for the tables. Staff try but the facilities are inferior. "
