"Firstly, they advertise that they have breakfast but all you get is Coffee.
My biggest issue is the $50 deposit that should be refunded was never refunded. Saw the transaction in my back account and it was pending a $0.00 refund so they are fully aware that they didn’t refund me, just made it look like a refund was coming my way."

"I would not recommend this hotel. When I called to report roaches in the room, they hung up the phone instead of addressing my concerns. Overall, I was uncomfortable and stated that I could leave rather than offering any another assistance as I was from out of state."
