"Overall stay was ok for 1 night. Property was being remodeled, which is mentioned via letter in each room. Small power outages, which fortunately were very short. Room was clean, and staff was very helpful with early room availability and easy check out process."

"Overall, I had a good experience. This is a great hotel for a short stay when arriving in or leaving Santo Domingo, especially because it’s conveniently located near the airport. The food is very good and reasonably priced, and the breakfast offers several choices. The staff may be limited, but everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, and willing to assist. The hotel also has two pools, including a very large main pool. My biggest concern is the size of the rooms and especially the bathrooms. There is very little space around the beds, and it’s easy to bump your legs on the corners. The bathrooms are extremely tight, and the position of the door makes entering, exiting, and even using the toilet uncomfortable. Some A/C units could also use improvement. Another issue is the entrance from Las Américas Highway. The hotel needs a larger, more visible sign before the entrance so drivers have enough time to slow down. It’s very easy to miss the entrance, especially if you’re unfamiliar with the area. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for one or two nights, particularly when arriving in the country or before heading to the airport. With a few improvements, it could be even better."

"The place was very nice. I really enjoyed the ocean view from my balcony. The staff were very friendly, and the food was great. The only downside was the stairs, since I was on the 4th fl. Other than that, I had a great experience and enjoyed my stay."

"Second time there. It is a noise hotel since it's on a street in Boca Chica that closes every night at 7pm to 3 am. There is a lot of people partying, drinking and eating every night. We returned the second time because the pizza restaurant next door is amazing and the hotel is clean and the people are very welcoming."
