"They provided free drink tickets but those were only good between 5:30-7pm, which most of our stay we weren’t around for. Staff was friendly. The initial impression of the hotel and property was “it’s nice”, but once you walk around and notice the dog poop that wasn’t cleaned up the entire time we were there. All rooms stank. From carpet to dressers. Lamps and co were dusty. Couches in rooms were dirty.
Pool was dirty, we had to mention it to staff and request for it to get cleaned so we can use it. The available laundry room on site was terrible. One machine was broken and the other one was soooo weak you had to do multiple sessions of drying to get your clothes dry. There were roaches in dining area. And roaches in some of the rooms. I would not stay there again. Nor recommend it to any one. It was disappointing."
