"The hotel has degraded a lot since our last visit. The carpets are disgusting and the general cleanliness is abysmal. The front desk clerk, I believe her name was Jackie spent our entire three day trip sitting in the office watching her phone. The front desk itself was dirty, no excuse for that level of filth when an employee is sitting watching her phone."

We actually wish this hotel would've been the hotel we needed for 3 nights, not just a few hours for sleep as we were on the road traveling.
