“We got to the hotel early (by train) and had scheduled a tour of the battlefields and museum. We had asked to leave our bags there, and they already had our room ready at 9:00 AM. Very nice.”

“This hotel is in an amazing location. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptional. We had had a very long day driving in from Caen in horrible weather and delayed due to an accident shutting down the highway. The gentleman at the desk was so kind and friendly. He was able to get us a dinner reservation when everything in town was booked solid. Just spectacular customer service. Also, if you're looking for a great dining experience, 'T Zweerd was excellent.”

“We had the suite with its own lovely terrace. The room and bathroom was large, clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Poperinge is a small town, but well located in relation to the area's attractions.”

“Hotel is very nice to stay.”

“Het hotel is centraal gelegen met een privé parking. Kan wel zijn dat deze vol staat maar dan zoekt het personeel een extra parkeerplaats (bv. In een garagebox). Kamer was ruim en proper.”

“Very friendly staff, beautiful building, good restaurant. Although my stay was brief, it was very relaxing”

“Clean and quiet hotel, very nice staff, good value for money overall. We would book again.”

“Breakfast is really good!”

“Clean and good stay for the traveler by rental car.”
