Wonderful stay! The staff was absolutely amazing—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. We were traveling with our 10-month-old baby, and they truly went the extra mile by arranging an early check-in and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their hospitality made all the difference. We would happily stay here again!

Nice clean hotel and great location. A super short stay due to missed flight and midnight checkout. Friendly staff, spacious clean rooms and good breakfast buffet. Surrounded by several great restaurants. Ideal location close to Zona Rossa and Parque 93, shopping malls and many great restaurants.

The very best location in Bogota. Lovely garden with excellent restaurants. Excellent breakfast and we liked that they changed what they served from day to day. Second stay at this hotel and if I go to Bogota again I will return to EK hotel.

The staff were so friendly. Even with a slight language barrier since I don’t speak Spanish, they went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. 10/10 would stay again. And it’s right in the middle of the city. With a ton of food, shopping and nightlife options.

My room was beautiful, super clean, and really comfortable. The hotel is also in one of the best areas of Bogotá, surrounded by great shops and restaurants all within walking distance, which made everything super convenient. O loved the location and the hotel is very nice Two thinks I did not like : 1 Kitchen is on a different floor from the restaurant (not smart Dedign) 2,You can hear the loud restaurant kitchen extractors from all the rooms facing the the internal garden Staff great, rooms nice, they could use finer pillows

Location is unbeatable. The staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond for each guest. If there’s anything to improve I would suggest the lighting at the room is too dim, the bed is hard and I would be ok with it but the pillows are just too hard too tall.
