Bonito lugar, el trato del personal podría mejorar

El lugar es bonito, bien ubicado y la habitación es cómoda. Sin embargo, sentí que el trato del personal de recepción fue menos amable de lo que esperaba, tanto en persona como en la comunicación por WhatsApp. En un hostel, la atención cercana y cordial es clave, y creo que en este caso faltó un poco de calidez. Hubo un malentendido con un cargo extra que se resolvió, pero en general el trato fue algo distante. Además, los datos del horario de checkout en la web no están actualizados (realmente es a las 11 am, no a la 1 pm). Aprecio mucho que el dueño del lugar se enterara de los problemas y se acercara a disculparse, lo que demuestra una buena intención de mejora. Volvería a hospedarme allí una vez más.
