This was our second stay at this property, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. What truly sets this hospitality group apart is the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels well cared for. During our stay, my mother and stepfather became ill with a stomach bug. The staff responded immediately and arranged for a doctor to come directly to the hotel, which was incredibly reassuring and greatly appreciated. What impressed us even more was the continued follow-up throughout the remainder of our stay. The team regularly checked in to make sure they were feeling better and even sent complimentary items to help ensure their comfort. The property itself is very nice, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. Breakfast was another standout—fantastic options including eggs made to order, a waffle station, and an amazing buffet selection that catered to a variety of tastes. Overall, this was another excellent experience, and we would not hesitate to return. The combination of outstanding service, a beautiful property, and thoughtful amenities truly makes this place special.

Best customer service ever. Everyone at this hotel went beyond any expectations. My mum had a surgery while we were staying at this hotel and they did everything they could do to fulfill all our special requests. On top of that, the hotel is in a very nice location, rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was fantastic, great gym and many restaurants options around. I cannot recommend this hotel enough

One of my favorite hotels in Bogotá. It is in a great part of the city with a lot of shops and restaurants all around. I have never had a bad stay here and the staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming.

Our 7 day stay at The Residence Inn was most enjoyable. The property is located in the downtown area with plenty of food and shopping choices nearby. The hotel was nice and clean, and the entire staff was very helpful. The included breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of variety.

Staff was amazing and very friendly ( kudos) . The location for the hotel is great. Breakfast buffet is also very good. Amenities including the gym are top notch. However, given the gym is located below the hotel rooms, you can hear the weights constantly being dropped, and this can be very disturbing, especially when trying to sleep.

A really good option, really close to parque la 93 and to the zona T. Those are areas with good restaurants and shopping. The breakfast buffet has everything you want, you can ask for any type of eggs or coffee, everything was delicious. My favorite, fresas con crema for dessert. The rooms are really spacious and confortables.

This hotel made our stay in Bogota a great experience. front desk staff service was impeccable. they were very helpful and attentive , check-in process was quick and efficient.
