The hotel has the atmosphere of an expensive hotel. The morning breakfast had high quality and healthy food options. The location is excellent being within walking distance of Corfiras shopping center. It was quiet. The staff is very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport.

Overnight in Bogota

I was very pleased with the quality of service and attention. However - when I read that there was shuttle service - being my first time there - I thought there was a shuttle 24 hrs (as mentioned in the add) that would pick me up. I strongly suggest that Expedia put a note saying that there is a shuttle service AND you HAVE to call to give them details of your arrival and departure. Their shuttle is a taxi that is sent to pick you up arranged by the Hotel. That was very disappointing and if it wasn't for a very kind and amicable police officer who called the hotel, stayed with me to change dollars to local currency and take me to a safe taxi who he explained where I was going - I would have been lost. Please add a note to your Ad on San Pablo hotel to call the taxi and give details of travel - this is for EXPEDIA. Otherwise I had a great time - clean room, kind people and even took a tour of Bogota arranged by the hotel. Will visit again and stay at that hotel.

Hay que tener en cuenta que si reservas la habitación con jacuzzi solo lo puedes usar una sola vez durante toda tu estadía y que luego te cobran al rededor de 50,000 pesos. Cosa que nunca se nos informó previo a nuestra estadía y que menos nos dijeron a la hora del check in (nos dimos cuenta porque tienen una placa pegada al borde del jacuzzi que lo dice). El desayuno es casi el mismo todos los días no tienen ni miel, ni jarabe, ni mantequilla, ni sirope para las opciones de pan tostado o pancakes. Me quedaría nuevamente si pagara por una habitación regular.

Me gustó solo el internet, no me gustó la recepción del personal, ni las habitaciones, porque no tienen conectores para cargar celular. También tienen un aviso que si usas la tina de hidromasaje más de una vez te lo van a cobrar por separado. No volvería a ese lugar.
