"We had the second floor which had two bedrooms that worked perfectly for our family of three. Easy contactless checkin. Very charming space with nice decor and extras like a table and chairs, couch, games. The location was quiet (we had no bar noise) and very walkable into the oldest parts of town. "We stayed for 1 night. The property is elegantly decorated. The area is residential and you can reach the center of the city easily by car and public transport and even by walking for a bit more. Parking on the road was easy to find. The room was clean , spacious with comfortable beds .We asked for a cot and it was provided although it was not mentioned in the amenities, therefore we would advise the property to edit their amenities description. "We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

"When you arrive at the location, you need a text message from them giving you a code to enter. ( 2 letters and numbers usually ) but expedia does not send the code and the hotel does not check if you have a reservation from expedia. So, we did not have a code to enter and where lucky enough to have someone who works there arrive. So, you need a code to enter the building and a special code to get your key and go in which is sent by text messages. "

"The hotel was really good. It was easy to find from the Muzeum Metro stop. Reception staff were friendly and quick. The room and shower was great with good free shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of choice. If I had to pick 2 things; the room could have done with a central light, as with all lights and the TV on it was still gloomy. Also some of the breakfast staff were a bit quick in trying to take plates away when I was still eating! Otherwise I will definitely stay here again. "
