"Spacious, well-equipped, comfortable rooms. Great food in the STEAM restaurant. Fantastic cocktail hour that provides 2 free alcoholic drinks per adult each day along with snacks (cheese and crackers, vegetables and hummus, pretzels or chips). Indoor swimming pool is on the small size, but still a lot of fun. Rooftop view is lovely. The complimentary breakfast buffet with eggs/omelets to order was amazing."

"The hotel was great and dog friendly… we had 2 dogs with us! They were not used to all the noise of the door slamming to go in and out the side are of the first floor… a recommendation for the hotel would be to fix that door so it doesn’t slam!!!! We had to get new key cards each time we went out and came back??? But the staff was very friendly and helpful, quickly to create New room key cards The first person I met at registration was August, very polite, friendly and helpful… Thank you"

"I really like this hotel. We’ve stayed here at least six times in the last six years. It’s not the most welcoming of hotels on the facade, but it’s modern, clean, orderly, and they do their best to maintain it despite being right there on the unforgiving salt water. The staff has been great, helpful, friendly. The valets even remember my husband from previous visits. The restaurant is somewhat better than a lot of chain hotels’ food. The outdoor patio space is very attractive: comfortable, well-appointed, and able to accommodate many different groups and couples at once. And the price is generally VERY reasonable. It’s a good value."

"I was having a rough morning, flight cancelled and I needed a place to stay at 8 am. I tried 3 other hotels, all turned me away. This hotel told me they could get me something but I had to wait, so I sat and waiting for about an hour, then the hero at the front desk(she knows who she is) says " hunny I can't see you waiting like this i know you're tired, were gonna do something for you" she gave me a free water, delicious cookies, and found me a room. Massive thank you to her, the cookie maker, and the owner."

"The hotel was a stopover before we got to our final destination. The king bed took up most of the room. Bathroom was big, and updated. Too bad the shower curtain had mold or mildew on it( gross). Staff was very nice, breakfast was simple, I wish there was some bacon or sausage and omelette, instead they had hard boiled eggs. We would find another property to stay in next time."

"Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Room was great, even though the shower needed a good scrub and some moulding was missing from around the shower, it was still very nice, the water pressure was FANTASTIC! There is no parking, but there is a valet. Don't really need your car, everything is walkable, or you can catch the Trolley. Can't wait to come back!"
