"Had to unfortunately cancel our accommodation due to a family matter, meaning we couldn't travel. Explained this to the hotel, but there was no consideration of this. In fact, they didn't even reply. Very disappointed at lack of communication/care."

"Avoid this hotel at all costs. Took my booking and money, and confirmed it, only for the room to not be ready when I arrived. Doors were locked, reception closed. Tried and tried to contact someone without any reply. Was left totally stranded and ended up having to sleep in the car."
