"Horrible rooms, bed felt like boxspring, staircase with flickering light bulb, room with door open that had bare dirty mattress next to my booked room, building smelled like food and cigarette smoke, half dressed woman came out of her room yelling."

"Hotel looks like it is primarily catering to an itinerant population, with obvious long-term residents taking most rooms. It was challenging to get an “accessible” room, even when I had requested one in advance. First I was given a third floor room (no elevator), then one that required me to park on the opposite side of the hotel and walk around, because the room was only accessible by stairs on the side of the hotel closest to it. Walking around on that level, I had to navigate an electric car charger coming out of a room and an electric bike parked on the sidewalk. The rooms are very shabby, with broken counters and tiles, layers of grout and adhesive barely holding things together, and when I got to my room, it had not been cleaned and had used towels and trash strewn everywhere. When I called the front desk to complain, the clerk seemed to have trouble understanding what I needed (cleaning and towels), and when housekeeping finally showed up, she had no idea why she was there. At least she did a decent job cleaning and totally stripped the one bed I slept in (she did not replace the bedspread on the other bed, just shook the dirt off it.) The room also smelled like old grease and heavy spices. This is the second time I’ve stayed here because it is so close to the event venue I was going to, but I think this is the last time I will be doing this."

"The staff was very friendly and offered to help without us having to ask, seems small, but that’s becoming more and more rare the days. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the food service area kept very clean! I would recommend and stay here again. "

"The rooms and halls were not very clean. Hair on the shower wall, years worth of dust on the cords right where you lay your head to sleep, trash on floor in halls. Also bad odor in halls. "
