"Great hotel and great staff.. our only real negative feedback is that the gym is middling at best if we are being charitable… and realistically disappointing relative to the hotel’s overall high price/high value positioning in the market. you all can do better!! equipment, lay-out etc etc sub-par. "I checked in around 8 PM to a corner room and the bathroom was very dirty - hair in shower, thick pink mold along slider door, and bottom of shower was super scraped. It almost looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Told hotel staff (3 folks there) and 2 of them seemed annoyed (which I assume was more toward the cleaning crew, but less than professional). They switched my room and again, it was not very clean (again hair on the floor and in sink, pink mold but far less, very scratched shower). I was too tired at this point to bother changing rooms, though in retrospect I should have asked. The hotel staff is hit and miss in terms of customer service and friendliness. Woman working at bar was super nice and friendly. Amenities are great too. Overall I would not stay here again for the cleanliness alone. "

"The property itself is in rough shape. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were operational causing long delays for upper floor guests. Our room was clean, but: 1) The bathroom door would only close if lifted and slammed. The hinge wasn't fully screwed into the jamb and the maintenance person who visited the room claimed " it can close" so he performed no work. Not good for a couple where one of us had recent back surgery and the other has a bum shoulder. 2) One of the sheer curtains was missing in its entirety, prohibiting privacy while lighting the room. The second sheer was shredded, with large gaping holes. 3) The room was covered in leftover double-sided tape from somebody's room decorations. There were numerous on the walls and ceiling. 4) The bedroom desk lamp (designed to be a desk to ceiling mounted item) wasn't screwed into the ceiling and would topple over when switched on or off. The lamp was wrapped in blue tape, so I have to assume that hotel staff knew of this deficiency. 5) The suite door was missing a sweep, leaving a large gap under the door which allowed all of the hallway and atrium noise to filter into the room. 6) The shower pan leaked all over the bathroom floor. The doors sealed properly, but the leak was from the bottom of the shower itself. 7) Most importantly, the A/C was non-functional. Our room was 80 degrees and the hotel's resolution was to provide a box fan to circulate the hot air. This hotel has been entered onto our "no go" list. 2 out of 10 at best."

"Our room was a bit dirty, better than the smelly one we had before asking for a change. The breakfast wasn’t bad. The heat/AC was loud. The shower was dirty but strong with plenty of hot water. Overall I can’t recommend this place as I was happiest at the end of my 4-day stay, but the staff were helpful and nice enough. I’m guessing others in the same price range would provide a better stay."

"do not stay close to an elevator it has the loudest motor and kept us up all night. The walls are thin. I did not get an ounce of sleep at this hotel. Will never stay here again. "

"Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend staying here. Even though I would say the quality of breakfast items could definitely use some improvement."
