部屋の鍵がガタガタで、ちゃんと閉まっているのかわからないくらい。 夜中に誰かが開けようとガチャガチャされ、 中から開かないように抑えた。 ソーリー と男性の声がしたが、かなり怖かった。

The place is falling apart, rugs on stairs badly torn in some places tainted (probably from clorox). In the room floor makes noises. The built in part around the sink definitely urging for upkeeps . Front desk personelle was very polite and friendly . Breakfast good, but area definitely needs updating!

Slitet men charmigt

Eftersom vårt sällskap på fyra personer valde det absolut billigaste rummet så säger inte våra intryck så mycket om bekvämligheter eller service, men jag vågar ändå påstå att hotellet sett sina bästa dagar liksom personalen. Mattor och inredning var lika slitna som den nittioåriga gubben som skötte receptionen och tavlor samt inredning skvallrade om att ingen orkat med att byta ut dem under de senaste tjugo åren. Å andra sidan var rummet mycket billigt, låg mitt i centrum och kunde faktiskt erbjuda alla funktioner som man kan kräva av en hotellvistelse (wifi, portkod, bar m.m.).

Wirklich fürchterlich. Das Personal war bemüht, hatte aber trotz vorhergehendem Anruf das dritte Bett nicht gerichtet und kein glutenfteies Brot besorgt. Für dieses mussten wir auch noch Aufpreis zahlen. Die Zimmer waren alt, was nicht stört, aber abgewohnt, die Leisten hängen von den Wänden und beide Zimmer rochen stark nach Urin. Hätten wir mehr als eine Nacht gebucht, wären wir schnurstracks umgedreht. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Die Lage des Hotels mitten in der Altstadt am Markt ist und bleibt das große Plus dieses Hotels. Leider ist meine unmittelbare Erfahrung nicht glücklich: ich hatte bei dem freundlichen Mitarbeiter am Nachmittag eingescheckt und am Abend meinen Schlüssel gegen 21.30 wieder abgeholt. Bereits am Abend und in der Nacht empfand ich das Zimmer als sehr kalt und als ich am nächsten Morgen zu duschen versuchte, kam kein warmes Wasser. Ich habe dann am Empfang darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass das Zimmer kein warmes Wasser hat und erfahre dann(!), dass das ganze Hotel seit dem Morgen des verherigen Tages keine Heizung und kein Warmwasser hat. Zweimal war ich am Empfang am Vortag, keiner hat etwas gesagt. Das hat mich empört, mit einer Gutschreibung von 10 € habe ich mich dann verabschiedet. Aber diese Erfahrung hat meine Einschätzung des Hotels doch sehr negativ geprägt.

Unakzeptabler Zustand-auch bei einfachem Anspruch

Ich habe noch nie ein so heruntergekommenes Zimmer erlebt. Duschkabine nur mit etwas Gewalt aufschiebbar, Einrichtung etwa 50ziger Jahre. Toilette nicht im Zimmer, 1x auf Etage, für alle Bewohnter, äußerst dreckig, unhyhienisch. Wände Rauhfaser gefühlt vor 30 J. zuletzt gestrichen, abgeblätterte und durch Nässe vergammelte Türrahmen. Leider keine Fotos, da ich mein Smartphone zuhause am Ladegerät vergessen habe. Sie sollten es aus Ihrem Angebot nehmen - es schadet Ihrem Ruf als Vermittler Einziges Positivum: Das Frühstück war einfach aber akzeptabel.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Fußgängerzone und hat ein besonderes Flair. Die Ausstrahlung und das Ambiente ist voller Geschichte, Beethoven begegnet einem auf Schritt und Tritt. Das Frühstücksbuffet im stilvollen Speisesaal lässt fast keine Wünsche offen.

"Sehr zentral gelegen" und "freundliches Personal" ist das einzig Gute, das man über das Hotel sagen kann. Eine Renovierung hätte vor 20 Jahren schon dringend durchgeführt werden müssen. Bei der Buchung erschienene die Preise günstig, aber nachdem ich das Hotel gesehen habe, stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis doch nicht. In diesem Hotel gibt es noch Zimmer ohne Toilette (Gemeinschaftstoilette auf dem Flur) und wenn ein komplettes Bad vorhanden ist, dann hat es '70er Jahre Charme.keine Sicherheitsschlösser an den Türen.

sauberes Hotel, die Betten waren sehr bequem, allerdings könnte das Hotel mal renoviert werden (sehr durchgetretene Treppen) und der Lautstärkepegel der Lüftungen des Restaurants im EG war enorm. Allgemein ein gutes Horel für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise.
