The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated, in a lovely countryside setting with a beautiful view of the valley and vineyards. Not a hotel but a guest house in a refinished and vibrantly appointed (200 year-old?) historical home newly acquired and attentively managed by Sandra, Michael and son Valentin who were the most welcoming, engaging and thoughtful hosts imaginable. Large, beautiful rooms. Breakfasts were lovely, and we really enjoyed the option of one of Michael’s incredible dinners. Really happy to have found Maison Mulato. If you go, make sure to spend a little quiet time just being at the house. "
