When we went in to our room, the Chocolate Orange, we noticed it was colder than the hallway. Nicky, the receptionist, showed us around the room, as told us to turn up the radiators. Nice flat, great view and location, convenient parking. Only drawback is the communal door between the flat and lift wouldn't open, so we had to use 3 flights of stairs to go through the garage every time.
