The WhatsApp front desk was very responsive to any questions and we appreciated the way they communcated. The room in this old house was huge! The bed was comfortable. We had problems getting the staff to clean our rooms or restock our fresh water or do our laundry. There are no employees that stay on site. They are brought in by van daily and don’t stay long. All communication is via a chat bot
