"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Slemon Park and Conference Centre, and I must say, it was a lovely experience. The building itself, with its history as an old Canadian Army base added a nostalgic touch that you don’t find in newer places. Our room was reasonably priced for the area, and it served as a perfect retreat for a good night's sleep after a day of exploring.
What truly stood out during our stay was the staff, especially Kim at the front desk. She was absolutely fantastic! Kim was attentive and really made us feel welcome. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and offered some great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Thanks to her, our anniversary trip turned out to be even more special.
Overall, if you’re looking for a cozy, well-priced spot with wonderful staff, I highly recommend Slemon Park and Conference Centre. It truly made our stay memorable!"
