“We stayed at this beautiful hotel for a few nights. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, nothing was too much bother. Spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed, very comfortable bed, large room and lovely public areas. The evening meals and breakfast were delicious. The perfect place to ski as the main gondola is just a 2min walk away & there is plenty parking around the hotel. We hope to come back another time!!”

“Hotel Macchi is beautifully situated in Chatel with rooms facing the mountains and slopes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were given recommendations on sites to see and visits to do in the area. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the service is friendly and welcoming, and the food is our of this world. “Wir wurden im Hotel Helvetia besonders freundlich umsorgt und fühlten uns fast wie in Österreich. Und das will etwas heissen in der Schweiz! Das Hotel verfügt über einen kleinen SPA Bereich und auch sonst alles was man benötigt ohne viel Schnick-Schnack. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. “It was wonderful than I expected. I enjoyed everything there. Hotel facilities were mordern, clean, cosy and new. Breakfast was good and fresh. First of all, all staff members were sincere to guests. The restaurant was impressive that the hotel recommend. If I had a chance to go there, I would choose this hotel again. I won't forget my experience there. Thank you for everything to staff members.”

“For a quiet retreat, with walks its perfect. Such a quiet sanctuary, super friendly staff and people. There is a small chaet 2 minute walk away for dining, I recommend. ”

Allso we were all very impressed with the standard and creativity of food offered by Jamie the chef. I would highly recommend this property and has great access to the slopes really is a jewel in the Swiss alps we will definitely return!”
