"The room was nice. They upgraded us to a balcony room, which was extremely convenient. Heated floor in the bathroom was perfect on this cold day. The staff was helpful, convenient parking underground, no problem even though the valet was not on duty. Location ws very convenient to attend a concert in your by Davis Square and Friendly Toast is almost right across the street for amazing breakfast."
"I always stay at HSH whenever I visit Boston. The former owner, Mr. Richard, was wonderful—he greeted guests each morning with a warm smile and engaging conversation, which truly made the stay feel personal and welcoming. Although Mr. Richard has retired, I am very pleased to see that the new owner has continued this tradition and carried on the legacy of providing an exceptional guest experience. HSH remains a place where guests are made to feel comfortable and valued. I highly recommend HSH to anyone visiting Boston, especially Harvard University and Harvard Square."
"Great value in modern hotel centrally located a few blocks from Coolidge Corner and shopping, restaurants and supermarkets...steps from the Cleveland Circle Trolley. Condition of the hotel spotless as are the rooms. Rooms fine...on the small size but quite adequate. Nice breakfast...no freshly made hot items but what they serve is varied and good. Coffee available throughout the day.
Nice large lobby where you can sit and talk or do work.
I thought my one day stay was well worth the very competitive price. "
"The hotel is beautiful, well maintained & modern! Our room was clean, modern and very spacious. I love the bathroom! The big shower is always a plus. The bed was very comfortable. We will stay again!"
