Traveling to Salem on the off-season was a great experience for this hotel. There was plenty of parking, even though the parking in the back was small. The hotel itself is clean and beautifully decorated. The concierge was easy to get a hold of through text messaging. I like the digital check in and check out.

A wonderful Valentine's Day stay, room was beautiful and the location made it easy to access all Salem had to offer. Our hostess Marley was also fantastic and very accomodating and friendly throughout our stay.
