The hotel's atmosphere and interior completely changed my perspective on boutique hotels—I absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with refreshing cucumber-infused water and cool, aromatic towels, which was such a thoughtful touch. The white wine offered as a welcome drink was delightful, and every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind and attentive. Adly, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. I would highly recommend Kimpton Miami to anyone looking for a warm, stylish, and truly hospitable experience.
