"Was hesitant of booking my parents in as my dad has difficulty walking and cant do hills ect where as mum likes to shop! lol - best of both worlds the stay here ! LITERALLY a few hundred steps to the main square where dad could sit at the cafe and pass the day away whilst mum shopped . Staff AMAZING knew he had walking issues so put him right next to the lift with a free UPGRADE and every time saw him trying to carry things took it off him and helped him . wasnt expecting evening entertainment...

"At the time of our visit, a refurb is on going. This means that while we had a sea view, we also had a skip and scaffolding view It would have been good to know before booking that the two suites I booked for my mother's 80th birthday, required climbing 2 flights of stairs, because the lift serves a different part of the hotel."

"Our stay has been good however we did not realise when booking we had to pay for parking £25 as we did not to leave our car in a public car park and also did not know when advertising a pool we had to pay £5 each to use it . The men’s changing rooms all the lockers were all taped up and it needs to be re vamped. Also outside our room on patio there are lots of cigarette butts . Also the bedroom was very warm overnight."
