I had to stay in Bozeman due to my father being in the hospital I booked the room on line and believed I got a good rate . But when my stay went from one night two two and now three Reno at the front desk gave me a great rate was very nice and understanding of my situation I would highly recommend anyone to stay here .

Staff was polite at check in. Hotel itself is very outdated but it’s reflected in the price per night. Room had necessities but no extras. Door to the outside had a terrible seal and cold air seeped in. If you are looking for an inexpensive room just to crash this is what you are looking for. Location is not in the best area of town.

We had a dog and kennel and our room had a big space for the kennel and a back door leading to the parking spots which was super convenient. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room too which was great. We didn’t have time to try the pool and we ate at Wild Crumb for breakfast so we didn’t try the free breakfast. There’s a McDonalds right across the street too. Right off the interstate which was easy to get to.

Very nice room and I didn’t really talk with staff but they did seem nice. We booked this room for the basketball tournament and I promised my kids to swim and hang out and they were excited. The night we checked in they said pool is open and breakfast in the am. They said do you need a late heck out let us know. The next morning kids were excited went down to find the pool closed and would not be open till after checkout. Tried to extend check out and they denied stating they need to clean the room and short staffed. So I had to drive 2 hours home with pissed of kids. If I would have known we would have booked elsewhere. When you drive 2 hours it really sucks especially in a winter storm to find out your not getting what others have gotten and paid for

The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, bed was really comfortable, exterior door with my car parked 10’ from my door, super handy! I only had interactions with 2 staff members, but both gentleman were very pleasant and engaging!
