“I checked in and the room was very hot bc the air was not on. The refrigerator was unplugged which meant I couldn’t keep any food or medications cooled and they took 100.00 as a deposit, vs the normal route of holding your card number then refunded me but I’m still waiting for it to appear in my bank.”

“Clean room. Check in was not seamless. Although I went to property “A” to check in, pay, and provide contact info- I had to call several times as I still had not received a text with code to check into room- which was properly “B”. Thank goodness there was an accurate property phone number. When I called the second time- I did get a check in code.
