“Easy check in and check out Didn't like only one lock on door”

“When we made the reservation, we told the Rez agent at Expedia that we will be arriving at 2 AM which was conveyed to the property. When we arrive, there was no one at the front desk. It was locked. When we call the number that was on the glass. The girl indicated that she had given away our room. After a couple seconds me speaking with her and she telling me to calm down she realized that my room was still there. Afterwards we checked in the room was horrific. The toilet did not flush. “You get what you pay for. But that doesnt diminsh the value at this property. Its a kioskbto check in, get keys, and all that. Its different. Unique. Had 2 stays, 1 for 2 nights and added another night. I thought that they wouldve rolled over the pet deposit or incidentals. They released them whch takes a few days to reclect so it kinda was an annoyance to put it back down. But with the 2nd deposit it was $50 but my bank would show it as $60 on my end. “Worth it”

“Room was pretty nice! I really loved that it had a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable but a little soft and squeaky, bathroom was nice and clean. When we first arrived they already had the room cooled so overall my experience was pleasant. Staff was great they were nice and responded to my requests for towels etc., would stay here again!”

“The property is an older single story motel not hotel, meaning you drive up, and park in front of your room. This is convenient for unloading and loading, although, you may be far away from the office where the breakfast is. The property is very well maintained, and the breakfast was good.”
