"Although this is not a high end property, it is ideal for anyone wanting somewhere to stay when visiting the Co-op live arena or the Etihad stadium, an the free parking is a bonus. It was around a 10 minute walk to the arena. The stairs are very steep and narrow and care is needed coming down them. The bathroom and bedding etc was really clean and the beds were very comfortable. Checking in was very easy and keyless and the host was quick to reply on the day when asking about the WiFi password...

"Very nice aoartment, overall a lovely convenient place to stay for the arena . Only my personal preference would be cotton bedding and heavier duvet and better quality pillows for the winter also the overhead kitchen cupboards are in need of an update as quite difficult to shut . Great communication though and excellent overall . Would stay again for sure."

"Great size, lots of room to sleep six as advertised however the only bathroom and toilet is ensuite, so everyone else has to go through that couples bedroom to use facilities, not perfect. Could use some decorating but was very clean. "

"This is a lovely hotel with fitness club, golf course, etc.. We didn't use any of these as we were just passing through. Very nice room and surroundings. One thing could be done to improve the experience - clean the upholstery on the chairs in the breakfasting room."

"We only had an overnight stop here, but it was a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room and general public areas of the property were all fine. We had an evening meal and a full breakfast and they were both very tasty. Having an EV charger (22kW) in the car park was a really useful bonus as we left our car to charge overnight. Would definitely stay here again."

"Quite dated in decor and furnishings, but all in keeping with the look and feel of an older country residence. Every interaction was a helpful, friendly one. Would return if I have reason to stay in the area again"

"I stayed here with colleagues whilst attending a corporate golf day. Whilst we ate in the Clubhouse at the organisd BBQ, the food was extremely well prepared and tasted good. The hotel rooms were very clean, fairly spacious with adaquate refreshments on offer. I've stayed here several times and the price reflect the standard of what you get."
