“Original grand building in a pleasant location.
Poor value for money.
Reluctant to check in early, despite agreed that we could to be able to attend a wedding on time.
Disappointing view from Room 7 and 8 even though booking was made 7 months earlier. When this was mentioned to the staff at reception, we were told we had not paid extra for the view.
The staff members in the dining room were very helpful and friendly.”
