“Hotel was in need of some deep cleaning and up grades. There needs to be elevators on each end. To far to the elevators. Paid extra for corner room and the windows were so gross did want the curtains open. Very run down property. I was full so there should be money to maintain the property. Simply a cash cow. Sad. You can see it was once a beautiful place.”

“The place itself was fine, the room had alot of flying bugs in it and the ceiling was dirty with dead bugs. I wish the property had more options to eat. All in all it was a nice place for a mini vacation.”

“Property clean. Bed comfortable. Some issues with front desk/ manager staff being rude/unhelpful and lacking communication skills with frustrated customers. (Me and family member) This only made the situations more frustrating for us. Notified Expedia, and totally different encounter. They were very helpful and understanding. Property manager for Branson properties did reach out and apologized. I appreciated that.”
