Dobry hotel

Miła obsługa, szybkie zameldowanie i wymeldowanie.

Away from city centre, wrong address at the site.Difficult to find it.Spacious clean rooms.Nice swimming pool, breakfast needs improvement. The guy at reception was unfriendly. His behavior was total unprofessional. At check out he insisted that we hadn't pay the room.(was prepaid)We talk him to contact with hotels.com and refused. When I called hotels.com he was delaying in purpose to talk to the phone. We lost one hour trying to explain that the room was prepaid. We almost ruin our holidays due to one person's mistake.
