“This hotel is fine. The rooms are spacious. The free breakfast is quite grand and the food is decent, my only complaint would be the coffee, it was really watery. This is a no-frills stay that is fine for travelers, and the rates are reasonable.”

“We had a great stay at the Palm (1 night). Location is excellent, right along the main street facing the water. Several restaurants and shops nearby (including restaurant and bar in the Palm). Nearby activities such as the walk around and up the little mountain, and strolling the promenade. Was about a 10 minute walk from the train station. Room was clean and spacious. “The room was okay, it had a bad smell (I think it was the carpet) but we got used to it. There was only bath towels, no hand towels. The view was amazing. The restaurant downstairs was amazing. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, and more in the surrounding area, so that smell did not take the score down too low :)”

“The hotel was extremely warm and each hallway had an odd smell. The bathroom sink is as clogged. The beds were not very comfortable. We had a 3 bed room and each bed was lumpy and only had 1 pillow. We would not recommend for a stay before a long flight.”

“The hotel is beautiful. The rooms were clean and huge. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was a full size shower and counter, which is not common in Europe. Breakfast was good and so was lunch using room service. We would definitely want to stay here again.”
