โA nice place to stay if you hit Mumbai. Everything was satisfactory but that they gave me a twin-bed room even though I made a choice of King-size bed. But all in all, staff and facilities were advisable to stay in.โ
โMy stay was very comfortable with the staff being very attentive, Excellent hospitality and personal care, Staff are very good. Quality of food is highly hygienic from local restaurant. Location of hotel is just close to all shops and restaurant. Taxis and other transportation is easy available. I will surely recommend to my group. Really it was comfort trip for me. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer.
Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally.
Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people.
There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street.

โSmall but clean property . Staffs are friendly . Location is in busy area and there are vehicle spare parts shop around however just within 3 minutes walking lots of restaurants can be found . Overall good to stay with family.โ
โThe hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive:
Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean.
Negative:
They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor...
