We normally come all the time and it is a lovely place to be and staff are amazing and lovely. But this stay was our worst one yet. There was bugs all over our bed. Stains all over the carpet and the room had a foul smell to it like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Was looking forward to a quick dip in the jacuzzi after a long day only to be told last entry was 7.15 when it’s advertised as closing at 8pm. Parking was fine, breakfast was good with normal selection. Pool was good, they laned it off so you had areas to swim or play. Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were all over 16 only and good. The down sides were :- no fridge in the room and they only make up rooms after 3 days, so no clean mugs/glasses. ...
