"This is a great guest house, the owner is friendly available and also let's you enjoy a sheltered safe space to enjoy your stay in a suburb of Brisbane. The parking is variable as in front of the house and the street is either empty or very busy but the room we were in at the back was very quiet in regards traffic. The ferry is walkable and the bus stops outside the house for the city centre this was a great location for us and would stay there again. "

"This place is perfect for if you just want somewhere quiet and simple to sleep. The owners are very kind and lovely. Everything basic that you need, very very clean and tidy! The only slight downside is that it's street parking and there's no signage, but these are minor considering the affordability of staying here."

The bathrooms are a little dated and the apartment block had experienced water damage on our floor ( there were inspection hatches cut in the roof of the hall ) but it was nice. Housekeeping was light on . The notes said that housekeeping is only for those staying 3 or more nights. We were there for 5 nights and housekeeping came once .
